Workshops

I now offer workshops in my Beacon, NY studio. Through demonstration and discussion, I take students through the process of creating an oil painting from a photographic reference as I apply the method in my own work. Space is limited to six students; this allows for greater individual attention, and makes for a hands-on learning experience, allowing students to make real improvements in their technique in a relatively short amount of time.

Read what past students have said here.

The town of Beacon sits on the Hudson River about an hour north of New York City. It provides a beautiful, fun setting for the workshops, and makes a great destination. For information on accommodation and travel, click here.
